If you have been arrested, or you are helping the police with their enquiries, we have the expertise and experience at Favell Smith & Lawson to handle your case from the police station through to the trial, should your case go to Court.

If you are due to appear in Court, we can advise you on your position, prepare your case, represent you throughout the proceedings and deal with the prosecuting authorities.

If you find yourself under arrest and need our services, you are entitled to free representation at the police station and you can contact us either directly or via the police. We are on call 24 hours a day and all police stations have our contact details.
