Timothy Gaubert, Partner (Higher Rights Advocate)

Tim joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2001. He has 15 years experience specialising exclusively in criminal law and has previous experience of mental health work. He appears daily in the Magistrates and Crown Courts.
David Lawson, Partner

David has 30 years experience and is a specialist in litigation and criminal law. A partner since 1985, he is familiar with all aspects of the criminal justice system and experienced in high profile procedures.
Sally Durham, Solicitor

Sally has specialised in criminal law for 13 years and joined the firm in 2008. She is experienced in all aspects of criminal work in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
Rachel Baldwin, Solicitor (Higher Rights Advocate)

Having specialised in prison law for 4 years Rachel joined the firm in January 2011 and, as a Higher Court Advocate represents clients in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.

Chris Revitt, Partner

Chris has over 20 years experience in Family Law and specialises in the financial aspects of relationship breakdown. He is a trained mediator, a member of Resolution and was appointed Deputy District Judge in 2005.
Gill Mooney, Solicitor

Gill has over 30 years experience in family work and is a member of resolution. She undertakes all types of family work - Private & Public Children Law, Divorce, Ancillary Relief and Injunctions.
Carol Newbould, Legal Executive

Carol is a Legal Executive who has specialised in Family Law since 1992. A Resolution Specialist in Domestic Abuse and Children Law - Private and a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, she joined the Family Law team in 2008.

Matthew joined the firm in 2009 as a Paralegal Assistant. He is involved in all aspects of Civil work, including Employment Law, Personal Injury, Contractual Disputes and Landlord and Tenant.

Christine Malia, Conveyancing

Christine has over 20 years experience dealing with all aspects of private client work, including wills, probate and powers of attorney. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Law Society's Private Client Section.
Meriet Watts, Legal Executive

A Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1998, Meriet joined the firm in 2007. She specialises in residential conveyancing, dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Jane Meldrum, Legal Executive

Jane has been a Fellow of the institute of Legal Executives since 2005 and joined our Conveyancing team in 2011. Jane has over 20 years' experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including Freehold and Leasehold properties and has a good knowledge of the local area.
